How long does potato salad keep?

Normally, boiled potatoes don't last that long and should be used within a day or two. Potato salad with meat salad, however, stays fresh longer because the jacket potatoes are surrounded by the sauce. As a result, the potato salad can be enjoyed for about three to four days. However, it should be stored in the fridge.

Wie lange ist Kartoffelsalat haltbar?

Normalerweise halten gekochte Kartoffeln nicht so lange, sondern sollten innerhalb von ein bis zwei Tagen aufgebraucht werden. Kartoffelsalat mit Fleischsalat allerdings bleibt länger frisch, weil die Pellkartoffeln von der Sauce umlagert werden. Dadurch ist der Kartoffelsalat etwa drei bis vier Tage genießbar. Allerdings sollte er im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.
